Facility regulations

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The regulations define the terms and conditions of booking the apartment posted on Noclegiipodhawraniem.pl and the rules for using them during your stay.

2. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the regulations.

4. The owner of the website accommodationipodhawraniem.pl is `AGROTOURISM COMPANY POD HAWRANIEM` 32-532, Jurgów 266, NIP 679-10-10-155

II. BOOKING AN APARTMENT

1. Reservations can be made using:

a. of the website www.noclegipodhawraniem.pl

b. by phone at the phone number: +48 501 472 002

c. by e-mail by sending a message to the following address: [email protected]

d. using the booking.com, hotels.com, trivago.pl, expedia.com, noclegi.pl etc.

2. After booking the apartment, the customer receives feedback in the form of an initial reservation, which includes information on the payment and the date of the advance payment.

3. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment in the amount previously agreed with the reservation facility staff to the facility's account. Failure to pay the deposit within the prescribed period means the Customer withdraws from the Agreement and the initial booking is automatically canceled.

III. CHANGES IN BOOKINGS / CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

1. If the reservation is canceled up to 42 days before arrival, the down payment is returned to the Client's account.

2. If, during the stay, the Customer shortens or cancels the reservation, it is not possible to apply for a refund for the unused period of stay.

IV. CHECK IN

1. The customer is obliged to inform the facility staff at the latest one day before arrival about the estimated time of arrival to the apartment by phone at +48 501 472 002 or [email protected]

2. The arrival of guests at the apartment is possible from 15:00 to 24:00.

3. Check-in at other times is possible after prior arrangement with the hotel staff and depends on the availability of the apartment.

4. The person making the check-in has the right to refuse to hand over the keys if the Client

a. does not have a valid ID;

b. is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants

c. behaves in an aggressive manner.

5. The facility staff has the right to charge a returnable deposit in the amount of PLN 500 upon check-in. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after prior inspection of the apartment by the staff of the facility.

V. CHECK OUT

1. The customer leaves the apartment until 11.00 am.

2. Checking out the client after 11.00 is possible, but it depends on the availability of the apartment and should be agreed on the day before the check-out with the facility staff.

3. Unauthorized extension of the time to leave the apartment is tantamount to paying for another night without the possibility of staying in it.

VI. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

1. The client is obliged to observe the curfew in all apartments from 22:00 to 07:00. In the event of a complaint or police intervention, the facility's employee has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without the obligation to refund the amount due for the remaining booking period.

2. Smoking is not allowed in all apartments. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the apartment is tantamount to agreeing to cover the cost of aromatizing the premises in the amount of PLN 500.

3. Animal policy: animals are not allowed.

4. The customer bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices in the apartment caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.

5. The customer is obliged to immediately inform the facility staff about any damage and deficiencies found in the apartment and to report any damage caused by himself during the stay.

6. The client is obliged to properly secure the apartment, carefully close the entrance doors and windows each time they leave it and carefully store the keys without access to third parties.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Object Pod Hawraniem Jurg & oacute; w 266 shall not be liable for property or personal damage suffered by the Customer or third parties during the performance of the Agreement.

2. Pod Hawraniem Jurgów 266 is not responsible for guests' belongings left in the apartments.

3. The law applicable to disputes between the facility and the customer is Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the `Pod Hawraniem` facility, Jurgów 266, 34-532, Bukowina Tatrzańska
