The living room and kitchen in the attic are for the apartment's guests only. The living room has two sofas — one folds out into a bed, the other is for relaxing.

Travelling with a small child? We lend travel cots and a high chair free of charge if you reserve them in advance. The whole property has 2 cots and 1 high chair, so please check availability with us before you arrive.

What else will you find here?
Sugar, salt and pepper are waiting in the kitchen, and we top up the dishwasher supplies. The apartment has a balcony clothes airer.
Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast. You can prepare meals in the apartment's private kitchen. A restaurant is about 3 minutes' walk away, a pizzeria about 7 minutes, and the nearest shop about 5 minutes' walk from the property.
What is in the garden, and can we barbecue?
There are two grills/fire pits: by the gazebo next to the stream and at a second spot closer to the house. Firewood is provided free of charge. For children we have a trampoline, a playhouse, football goals, bikes and a garden to play in. The grounds are not fully fenced; the side facing the stream is fenced off.
Where can we store skis, bikes and a pushchair?
We have a lockable, heated ski room. Underfloor heating helps dry ski boots. In summer the room serves as bike and pushchair storage.
Can we do laundry?
You can ask the hosts to do your laundry free of charge. The apartment has a balcony clothes airer.
How do payment and key handover work?
For direct bookings the deposit is 30% of the stay. Please send the bank transfer confirmation as a PDF within 24 hours of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than the day before check-out. We accept cash, BLIK and bank transfer.
We usually welcome guests in person. Any other way of collecting the keys can be arranged individually. Full booking and cancellation terms are set out in the house rules.
