On level 0, one floor below the rooms. It is used only by guests of the Double Room and the Family Room. There is an extra fridge in the corridor next to the rooms. Coffee and tea in the shared kitchen are free of charge.

The room is on the first floor, reached by stairs. The kitchen and dining room are one floor below. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

What else will you find here?
The room has a radiator. There is no air conditioning.
Do you serve breakfast?
We do not serve breakfast. You can prepare meals in the shared kitchen with a dining room, used by guests of the two rooms. A restaurant is about 3 minutes' walk away, a pizzeria about 7 minutes, and the nearest shop about 5 minutes' walk from the property.
What is in the garden, and can we barbecue?
There are two grills/fire pits: by the gazebo next to the stream and at a second spot closer to the house. Firewood is provided free of charge. For children we have a trampoline, a playhouse, football goals, bikes and a garden to play in. The grounds are not fully fenced; the side facing the stream is fenced off.
Where can we store skis, bikes and a pushchair?
We have a lockable, heated ski room. Underfloor heating helps dry ski boots. In summer the room serves as bike and pushchair storage.
Can we do laundry?
You can ask the hosts to do your laundry free of charge.
How do payment and key handover work?
For direct bookings the deposit is 30% of the stay. Please send the bank transfer confirmation as a PDF within 24 hours of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than the day before check-out. We accept cash, BLIK and bank transfer.
We usually welcome guests in person. Any other way of collecting the keys can be arranged individually. Full booking and cancellation terms are set out in the house rules.
